Handy for helping keep my bar well stocked!

I use this app everyday. For some reason, it deletes my "Target" List. I have labeled a list Target four times and within 24 hours it is gone. All my other lists are still there. CRAZY!!!

This app is my favorite shopping list app. Ive used many others and this one is by far the easiest to use when actually grocery shopping. I learned quickly with the other apps Ive tried that they were way to complicated to use in real life. However it would be nice if the devs would piaffe the keyboard for iOS 7. Kind of behind the curve on that especially with iOS 8 around the corner.

I thinks this app has a lot of potential but it needs to be updated for iOS 8. I think the developer completely missed iOS 7. I do think this is the most powerful shopping app out there. Until this is updated I think I will use something else.

I never review apps, even when prompted, but I absolutely love this app. I downloaded Wunderlist, Shopping List, and List Master at the same time as this and this was way better. At first, youre typing things in and its about the same as others. But once youve used it a few times, the things you have typed in before pop up in a drop down menu as you are typing and it saves so much time!! Also, when youre at the store, the items display by category and are easy to check off. Finally, the "favorites" feature saves a bunch of time by reminding me what I usually get each week. Sometimes I even just leave the crossed off items on the list rather than delete them, and the next time I shop I just uncross the ones we need to get again! One feature I would like to see is the ability to rearrange the order of categories to match the layout of my grocery store. Also, the app exhibits a weird bug on occasion where it doesnt pull up an item as I type it in (fixed by quitting). But these are minor.

This app is exactly what Ive been looking for. Simple layout, tax calculation, saves favorites for quick entry! If you are looking for a simple grocery app, with no adds, no monthly fee just a one time purchase at just the right price, this is your app!

Not at all happy with new update. I gave the previous five stars. Very, very difficult to look at the screen. Everything is smaller on the page. Also a very fine line font. Ive tried enlarging my overall display font but that makes all other programs too large. I have really enjoyed this app. Used it daily. I plan to look for a different one if this issue is not resolved.

I like the new update very much. Clearer controls, and the settings are all in one place, with a few extras I wanted.

Like some other reviewers, Im really not pleased with the look of the app after the update. I wish I hadnt turned on automatic updates frankly. I liked the old school paper and pencil look and settings seemed easier to find. The look of the list itself now seems like it has too much spacing and white space. The color of the headings is difficult to read in the yellow-ish color and the size of the headings seems excessively large. The heading font being different than the items also bothers me. Perhaps a font size option would be nice for items and headings. I have an iPhone 6 and 20/25 vision, and the whole look gives me eye strain. I also have no idea why the lists have creation dates that cant be changed or turned off now... I understand the intent to simplify and modernize the look, but it seems too different.

This is the best shopping list app that you can find. Love the new look, reminds me of the Apple note app but with a huge functionality improvement. Keep up the good work

This used to be an excellent yet simple app for creating a grocery shopping list. I even upgraded to the paid version because I liked it so well. But in the last update the app was heavily re-designed and now bears little resemblance to the original version. It is now much less visually appealing and it takes more steps to use. I am so disappointed in the new design that Im deleting the app and looking for a replacement. A classic example of "fix it till you break it".

So disappointed with the new update! I loved the aesthetic of the old wood and pencil background and list look. Hate the new look! Plus the interface is harder to use, less intuitive. So bummed. This was a five star app. I might be looking for a new list app after this. My favorite shopping list app crashed with iOS6 upgrade and was abandoned by its owner. So, I went on the hunt for a replacement. Ive downloaded around a dozen free and paid apps and this is by far the best! Simple to use yet has lots of functionality without being overloaded. Love the aesthetics too which is a big selling point for me. Ended up emailing some suggestions and had a response within minutes! Wow! Im sold! Great app - so glad I found it!!

Im more than a little disappointed with the new update. I can no longer put notes on my items...and while the look is cool at first, it becomes more difficult to read on the fly. Im looking at new apps now.

This app is customizable and has everything I need to quickly make a list and go grocery shopping. I make and Dave multiple lists for each store I regularly shop at. Must have app!

1- YOU RUINED IT!!! Now that you use yellow for headings, even with boldface turned on globally on my iPad Air, I can barely read it -- and my vision really isnt all that bad. People with poor vision and/or are color blind to yellow are all shaking their collective fists at you. I used to love this app (with a few reservations noted in #2 & 3 below), but your update of vandalism destroyed it! It was a good idea to lose the wood border thus making the typeface larger, but why make the font so narrow and faint? A black, dark gray, or dark blue bolder font would be easier to see and aesthetically be very clean. Frankly, I like some of the new features, but if I cant see my list without straining, it really doesnt matter! Im glad my iPod 4 had reached its terminal iOS update before this SuperList update, because it didnt get this miserable "improvement!" Using this app in its current iteration makes me think Im going blind -- except that I am NOT! 2- I have used this iPod/iPhone app on both my iPad and iPod for years, and it works just fine on the iPad. If my list could automatically sync between devices (like MANY other non-Apple designed apps, that would be really helpful and would greatly simplify list making (for those endeavoring to continue with SuperList). If WeekCalendar, WordFeud, & FlowFree can do it, why cant SuperList? I simply wont bother to learn yet another app to make this one work well. Nor am I likely to go through the extra steps to load my list into Dropbox and then download it into the other devices SuperList app. Thats just more trouble than its worth. Simplify! 3- Permit the image to rotate so I can use it plugged in without endangering the cord. I feel really sad about having to write such a scathing review. I will be more than thrilled to give you 5 stars if and when these areas of concern are addressed, but until then, I just cant justify it. Fix it, and youll turn me into your best supporter‼️

Love the look. I create new categories & all the lists I need so I use it all the time. Havent used syncing so cant speak to that.

I no longer have to carry a paper list. Love it!

Updated review: since the app was updated for ios8, I can no longer delete items off my list. Originally I had this rated as 5 stars, but Im updating to 3 stars for bugs that havent been fixed. I tried several grocery list apps before this one and this app by far is better than any of the others. I love that it comes preloaded with some common groceries but I can also add any item I want. Its easy to edit, easy to use, and I love that I can tap an item and shake my phone to drop it off my list.

This is my all time favorite app. It is a huge time saver.
